Hand Therapy is the assessment and rehabilitation of the upper limb following traumatic injury, surgery or the onset of disease, specifically from the elbow to the fingertips.

Hand therapists come from an occupational or physiotherapy background and have advanced skills in assessing, diagnosing and splinting pathological conditions of the upper limb.
